The residence features 3 bed rooms, 3 baths (2 with Jacuzzi tubs), 2 living rooms (up and down), and a master kitchen with an outdoor cooking pavilion/terrace. Rest and sun in wonderful privacy on the multiple decks, or walk on the nature trails through the extensive flower gardens.

Wildlife is everywhere - monkeys, sloths, toucans and parrots. And there's beach access at the new beach access road in the Maitri Park jungle development. Remarkably, its only a 10 minute drive into Puerto Viejo or a stunning 30 minute walk along Playa Negra beach!

Available daily for $250US with a 2 night minimum, or $1000 for a week.  Monthly rental starts at $3000; an annual lease and maid service are also available.
