DELUXE SUITES - UPSTAIRS We offer two luxurious upstairs suites with private balconies overlooking the Talamanca mountains and the Caribbean waters. Both come standard with private bathroom, hot water shower, screened windows, fans, a large spacious living space and a fully equipped kitchen. Both have double full size bunk beds (Flintstone design) and are fully furnished with artistic rustic wooden designs. From your private balcony you can fully enjoy the view of the ocean, the sunset and the jungle. No AC in the upstairs suites. PRIVATE CABIN We have a big private cabin as an option for larger groups who want to stay together. The cabin has two bedrooms downstairs with two single beds in each one. There is a big, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with hot water shower, a large living space and a covered terrace. Upstairs there is a big covered balcony and a large bedroom that holds up to five people. With plenty of furniture, this a comfortable place to stay. The cabin is located 20 meters from the beach and 3 minutes walk from Puerto Viejo center. the GUAVA HOUSE with Air Conditioning A 2 bedroom "Tico" house. Very private at the back of our property, with covered parking and a private entrance onto the hotel grounds. Includes a FULL kitchen - refrigerator, 6 burner stove with full size oven, a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The Master bedroom has AC, and the large second bedroom has a fan. Both have individual reading lamps. The extra large party tub can easily fit up to 4 people. There's an On-demand hot water system both for the tub and for the "real" shower. Enjoy the hammock terrace with an outdoor dining table off of the kitchen. Relax under the shade of the guava tree - seasonally full of guavas locally called vanilla ice cream bean. Lots of exotic fruit trees surround the house: Ylang ylang tree (chanele #5 perfume), carambola/star fruit, cocos/coconut, Bermuda cherry, a big juicy lemon, bananas, gineos, marracuja/passion fruit, and almendros/almonds shading the back yard (for the parrots & macaws).
